Exceeding standards through quality and innovation in concrete solutions
Being accredited to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001, a member of NRMCA demonstrates a standard we are proud to be associated with to serve our customer better with excellence and professionalism. In a short span of time, we already achieved various local authority approvals and from clients. Green Pillars Ready Mix also conforms with the UAE government policy pertaining the Green Durable Concrete and Green Building requirements.
Our main streamline of products is ready mix concrete of all classes:
For each project, our consultants require different types of mineral admixtures including GGBS, Micro Silica, Fly Ash and other materials.
All materials are checked for chemical and physical properties such as sulfate and chloride content, grading line test, silt content, elongation, flakiness and specific gravity from 15 N/mm2 – 75 N/mm2 at 28 days strength.
GREEN PILLARS READY MIX. concrete is produced according to international and national standards including BS, ASTM, ACI, DIN, and EN.
The different classes of concrete include - Durable Concrete, Pre-Stressed Concrete, Self-Compacted Concrete, Grout Concrete, Screed Concrete and, Normal Concrete.
Our Product Range
We are the market leaders in concrete, building solutions, paving and decorative solutions.
Recognized as the best-performing ready-mix concrete company and the technical leader in the industry, we offer two categories of products: General Mixes and Special Concrete. Both categories are manufactured by Green Pillars with accredited quality assurance schemes and meet the relevant United Arab Emirates standards. Additionally, we provide a wide range of products and services, including technical support for our various types of ready-mix concrete.
GENERAL MIXES
Regular Concrete
This is the most common type of concrete and is used for general construction purposes. It typically has a compressive strength ranging from 20 to 40 MPa (megapascals).
High Strenght Concrete
This type of concrete is designed to have higher compressive strength than normal strength concrete, typically ranging from 45 MPa to 80 MPa or even higher. It is used in high-rise buildings, bridges, and other structures where higher strength is required.
Screed & Mortar
Screed mixes are commonly used for leveling the top surface, may contain coarse and fine aggregate or only fine aggregate depending on the thickness and requirement.
SPECIAL CONCRETE
Shotcrete / Gunite
Shotcrete is a mix of cement, aggregates, and water sprayed onto a surface under high pressure. It is commonly used for repairing or reinforcing walls and structures, especially in difficult-to-reach areas.
Self Compacting Concrete (SCC)
SCC is highly flowable and can spread and consolidate under its own weight without vibration. It is used in congested reinforcement areas where traditional consolidation methods are impractical.
Dry Mix Concrete
Dry mix concrete, also known as dry batch concrete or dry mix mortar, refers to a specific type of concrete or mortar that is premixed in a dry form in a factory or batching plant, and then transported to the construction site for mixing with water and final application.
Lightweight Concrete
Lightweight concrete has two types, structural and non-structural. Structrual is made using lightweight natural aggregates (such as perlite or pumice) while Non-structural is made of lightweight aggregates (foam and EPS beads). It has a lower density and thermal conductivity compared to normal weight concrete, making it suitable for reducing the overall weight of structures.
Waterproofing Concrete
Waterproofing concrete is essential for maintaining the integrity and longevity of concrete structures. By choosing the appropriate waterproofing method and ensuring proper application and maintenance, you can effectively protect concrete against water damage and ensure long-term durability.
Durable / Green Concrete
Durable / Green concrete refers to concrete that is designed and constructed to withstand various environmental conditions, physical stresses, and chemical exposures over its intended service life. Achieving durable concrete involves careful consideration of mix design, construction practices, and maintenance strategies.
Fibre Concrete
Fiber concrete, also known as fibrous concrete or fiber-reinforced concrete (FRC), is a type of concrete that contains fibrous materials as reinforcement. These fibers are distributed throughout the concrete mix to enhance its properties and performance.
Temperature Control Concrete
Temperature control in concrete refers to managing the temperature of concrete during mixing, pouring, curing, and earlyage hydration stages to ensure optimal performance and durability of the finished structure.
Jumbo Bag Concrete
Jumbo bag concrete is delivered and stored in large flexible containers, typically made of polypropylene or similar materials. These bags are commonly used in construction and landscaping for convenience and ease of handling.
